Dysfunctional computers
Should a product not function as advertised after completing all necessary setup steps, or becomes dysfunctional during the warranty period, please contact us & we will try our best to remediate the situation. Please keep all original packaging material, as per California law, as is necessary to initiate a full return, and we may not accept the return without it. You will likely be offered either: a return the product for a full refund at no cost to you, a replacement at no cost to you, or a replacement of a specific part at no cost to you.
“Buyer’s remorse”
We understand, everyone makes mistakes. In order to return a product, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. We charge a 20% restocking fee, to recoup the loss due to potential damages and depreciation of products. Please keep all original packaging material, as per California law, as is necessary to initiate a full return, and we may not accept the return without it. Customers are responsible for returning the product in its original condition, including all components. Customers are liable for all damaged or missing components of a returned product. Returns for buyer’s remorse may be denied, if deemed fit.
